Can I pay for my server using a Paypal account?
Yes, you will have an option to select paypal as the payment method during the ordering process.
When will my server be ready?
Our general turn around time is 24 hours or less after your order has been placed and verified.
When will I be billed for my server?
Billing is on the 1st of each month.
Do you have a reseller program?
At this time we do not offer a reseller program.

What comes installed on my server?
We do a standard installation of the Operating System only. If you want additional software packages you will be responsible for installing this yourself.
Can I send you hardware to add to my server?
No, we do not allow customers to add their own hardware to the dedicated servers.

Do you offer 24/7 support?
Yes, our regular support hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm. After hours we have a technician on call for emergency support incidents
Will I be charged for after hours support?
If the problem is due to our network or service then there will be no charge. If the problem is unrelated to our network or service there will be a $100 charge for after hours support.
Do you manage my server?
VZXen offers self managed virtual private servers. We also offers professional system administration services at $62.50 per half hour if the need arises. We are also happy to re-install the operating system for you.
Can I reset my server remotely?
Yes, if you ordered the remote reset feature you can reset your server.

Do you allow adult content on your servers?
Yes, legal adult content is allowed on our servers.
What are your policies on SPAM?
We have a zero tolerance for SPAM on our network. SPAM activity results in an immediate termination of service.
